What can be Exchanged

  • Faulty items
  • If an incorrect item has been sent
  • You have purchased an incorrect size.


  • Due to health reasons our hair accessories are not able to be returned 
  • We will not except returns/exchanges on any Customised item
  • We will not except exchanges on any Gifted item
  • We will not except exchanges on Sale items




Nicole Elliott Designs has an established exchange policy, which allows you to exchange your item (including faulty and wrongly sent items) within 15 days from the date your order was received. In addition, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items to Nicole Elliott Designs for the exchange. The exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you free. After the 15 day period has elapsed, unfortunately we no longer offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email at to discuss the details of your exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


    • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at
    • Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Nicole Elliott Designs tags still attached. Damaged soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be be sent back to the customer.
    • We will not accept any liability for returned goods. This is the responsibility of the customer.
    • Please note items that are damaged as a result of “wear and tear” are not considered to be faulty.


    • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on
    • However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be completely accurate.


    • We do not accept exchanges on any item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you.


    We respectively decline any requests to alter our exchange policy.
